Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the LED fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, cables, and instruction manuals are included.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement lighting within 3-5 business days.
